Jakub Tomczak, PMP, ACCA: Jakub is a Manager at Utility Performance Improvement department in Ernst & Young, Warsaw. In past 8 years he gained broad experience in providing advisory services to regulators, electricity distribution and transmission companies in Poland and Central Europe. His main areas of interest and focus are tariff and regulatory related issues, smart metering, unbundling and restructuring of energy enterprises. Among other projects, he led the development of The concept of smart metering from the perspective of the Polish electricity market for Polish Office of Electronic Communication and Study on the implementation of smart metering in Poland for PTPiREE (Polish DSO Association).
