Nowadays the Project Managers are well educated and run their projects – from a methodological point of view – very well.Nevertheless it comes to frictions in the Team, misunderstandings, delays, overrun of budget and so on. Most of the Project Managers are unable to cope with situations when the going gets tough, when it comes to emotional situations like stress, conflicts, controversy discussions or disputes. In this short presentation you’ll get an idea why emotions are important for your project success and moreover what you can do to handle such situations.
